So, I spent a few hours this weekend watching Blizzcon online through the Direct TV feed. I've got to say, it was a fun event to watch, and I'm really excited about all the news that was revealed. I'm gonna take a bit of time to share my thoughts about the entire event.
Information for Shadow Priests
There actually wasn't much information for Priests at all, but there were two interesting statements. The first, is that the devs are going to be looking at our single target DPS. This was a welcome update, and one I've been waiting for for quite some time. They're also talking about giving us a new castable nuke, which isn't really news since they were talking about that back in the Q&A.
New 3.3 Content
Icecrown Citadel sounds amazing. A Raid with 12 bosses, plus 3 new 5 mans is going to be plenty of content to keep me busy for awhile. I've actually been complaining a lot lately about how half-assed much of the content has felt this expansion, but from the previews I saw, these raids are going to be amazing.
Cataclysm
So there's a ton to cover here, more than I care to go into detail about. So, I've got a few quick thoughts. We can welcome our new Worgen, Tauren and Gnome brothers soon. I may just have to reroll a Worgen =). I'm excited about the revamp of the old world as well, the biggest reason I don't have more alts is how boring it is to level. Some of the other changes really sound odd, but I don't want to comment on them until more info comes out.
